What does Green Weka cost? Plans, monthly prices, call charges, what’s included, and what happens after the free trial.

What it does

Green Weka offers three plans for any business: Fledgeling, HeadRooster (or AlphaHen), and Flock. Every plan lets you keep your own mobile number and telco. All plans include email capture, chat, a voice and chat assistant, dictation, integrations, and a dashboard.

HeadRooster and the Fledgeling trial also include mobile call capture, the Receptionist, Conversations (in-person capture), and the video meeting notetaker. Flock is for team members and includes most features, but with three exclusions: it cannot make or receive calls with outside numbers, does not include the Receptionist, and does not include Conversations or the video meeting notetaker. Calls with other Green Weka users are always free and unlimited on every plan.

Plan types and what’s included

• Fledgeling is the free trial plan. It lasts one month and includes everything HeadRooster offers, so you can try the full system.
• HeadRooster (or AlphaHen) is the main plan, usually for business owners or managers. It costs US$35 per month (plus GST where required). This plan includes mobile call capture, the Receptionist, Conversations, and the video meeting notetaker at no extra cost.
• Flock is for team members. It’s US$20 per month (plus GST where required). Flock includes email capture, chat, video calls with other Green Weka users, dictation, integrations, and the dashboard. Flock does not include outside calling, the Receptionist, Conversations or the video meeting notetaker. Anyone can sign up for Flock directly or join by invite link from a HeadRooster holder. Flock plans can be paid for by the owner or by the team member themselves.

You can move from HeadRooster to Flock if your role changes. Green Weka will email you a code to dial in your phone’s normal dialer so your phone rings normally again.

There’s no lock-in: you can cancel any plan at any time.

Pricing and billing

All prices are in US dollars. For New Zealand and Australian customers, GST is added to the invoice. Subscriptions are billed on the 2nd of each month for the month ahead, plus any outgoing call charges from the previous month.

Outgoing calls made through the Green Weka dialer are charged at a flat per-minute rate, depending on where your business number is. For New Zealand and Australia, national calls cost US$0.06 per minute. Calls to the United States and Canada are free. Supported international destinations cost US$0.10 per minute. Calls made on your phone’s normal dialer cost nothing from Green Weka and are not captured.

Incoming calls are always free and unlimited on HeadRooster and Fledgeling. Flock can only receive calls from other Green Weka users.

If you’re not happy for any reason, Green Weka will refund your latest monthly plan fee in full.

What happens when the trial ends

The Fledgeling trial lasts one month. You’ll get reminders before it ends. If you don’t pick a plan, calls to your number go straight to Green Weka voicemail and outgoing calls from the Green Weka dialer are blocked. Voicemails are still transcribed and emailed to you. Choosing a plan or dialling your deactivation code in your phone’s normal dialer returns your phone to normal ringing.

Cancelling or deleting your account

If you cancel your subscription, your plan ends at the end of the period. The confirmation email and the "subscription ended" email both include your own deactivation code, so your phone goes back to ringing normally. If you delete your account, you get an email with your deactivation code. Until you dial it, callers to your number hear a short message asking them to text you instead, with no ring or recording. Green Weka will remind you by email if you forget to dial the code.

• Use the free Fledgeling trial to see if Green Weka fits your business.
• Outgoing calls add up: use the Green Weka dialer for work calls you want captured, and your normal dialer for personal calls.
• Check your dashboard for your current plan and invite links.
