How do I chat, call, video call or send photos to other Green Weka users or groups?
Green Weka lets you chat, share photos and set up group chats with any other Green Weka user, not just your own team. You can message one-on-one or in groups, making it easy to keep in touch with colleagues, advisers, partners or anyone else using Green Weka. All your chats are saved and searchable, so you can always find past messages or photos when you need them.
You can also make free voice and video calls to other Green Weka users. These calls are one-on-one only for now, with group calling coming later. Start a call from the app or from the Video/Chat tab on the desktop dashboard. Internal calls are captured, transcribed and summarised, so you never lose track of what was said or agreed. Action items from these calls are marked with a V on your Action Items card.
If you call another Green Weka user by their mobile number using the Green Weka dialer, that call is also free and captured, no matter which plan you’re on. This is especially helpful for Flock users, who can’t call outside numbers but can always call workmates inside Green Weka at no cost.
Chats and calls stay inside Green Weka, separate from outside messaging apps. This keeps your business messages, photos and call records in one place, not mixed with personal or customer calls.
Green Weka also pulls out action items from your team chats. When a chat has gone quiet for about 15 minutes, it works out each person’s tasks from the whole exchange, so each teammate gets only their own items (marked C). If you send a photo of a handwritten list, Green Weka reads it too. Pure banter is left alone.
Open the Green Weka app on your phone or desktop. Tap or click the Video/Chat tab. Here you’ll see your existing conversations. To start a new chat, pick any Green Weka user from your contacts or search for them. You can also create a group chat and add as many Green Weka users as you need, even if they’re not in your team. Type your message or tap the photo icon to send a picture. All messages and images are kept in the chat, so you won’t lose track of important info.
To make a voice or video call, open a chat with the person you want to call and tap the call or video icon. Calls are free and work from both the mobile app and the desktop dashboard. Everything you say is captured and summarised, so you can always look back at what was discussed.
If you need to block or report someone, open the chat with that person or group, tap the options menu and choose Block or Report. This helps keep your chats safe and respectful.
