How do I get a recap of everything said or agreed about a job in Fergus or Simpro?
A job recap is a clear summary of everything that's been discussed or agreed about a single job. It covers every call, email, dictation, in-person conversation and video meeting that Green Weka has linked to that job. The recap gives you an overview, the key points, and what is still outstanding. It only includes communications that Green Weka itself has linked to the job, not any notes or messages stored in Fergus or Simpro, and not other conversations with the same customer that aren't linked to the job.
You can get a job recap in two ways:
On the recap page, you'll see a summary of the job, grouped by topic. You'll also see a list of any open or outstanding items.
If you want to keep a copy in your job system, press "Save to Fergus" or "Save to Simpro" on the recap page. This writes the recap as a note on the job in your chosen system.
Green Weka links calls, emails, dictations, conversations and meetings to a job automatically if a job number or address is mentioned. You can also link a conversation or meeting recap to a job by exporting it to Fergus or Simpro. Only communications linked in these ways appear in the job recap.
Job recaps work for both Fergus and Simpro jobs. They help you see the full history of a job at a glance, so nothing gets missed.
