How do I use Microsoft To Do with Green Weka, add tasks, or get reminders on my To Do list?
Green Weka connects with Microsoft To Do so you can manage your tasks without extra typing. You can export action items from calls, emails, chats, or dictations straight into your To Do lists. The due date is carried through, and you can add a reminder to a task. You can also create, reschedule, complete, or search tasks by voice or chat. Both personal and work Microsoft accounts are supported.
When you export tasks, Green Weka offers a "Green Weka" list in To Do, but you can pick any list you like. The integration works for any industry: real estate, clinics, agencies, electricians, and more.
1. Connect Microsoft To Do: On your dashboard, find Active Connections and choose Microsoft To Do from the Connect New list. Sign in with your Microsoft account (personal or work). Approve access so Green Weka can manage your tasks. A "Green Weka" list is offered when you export, but you can use your own lists too.
2. Export action items: On your Action Items card, tick the items you want, click Export, and choose Microsoft To Do. You can set or change the due date before exporting. After export, a "To Do ✓" chip appears on the item: clicking it opens To Do on the web.
3. Export dictations: Dictations can be sent to To Do as tasks. The title becomes the task name, and the transcript goes into the notes.
4. Manage by voice or chat: Tell the assistant what you want to do, for example, "add buy sealant to my To Do for Friday" or "what’s due today in To Do?". Say "To Do" so the assistant knows which app you mean. You can add, list, complete, search, reschedule tasks, set reminders, or mark tasks as important, all hands-free.
5. Reminders and importance: You can add a reminder to a task, or mark it as important, by voice or chat.
6. Completion sync: Marking a task done in Green Weka also ticks it off in Microsoft To Do, and vice versa. If you complete a task in To Do, it closes in Green Weka the next time your dashboard loads.
7. Links and chips: After export, you’ll see a "To Do ✓" chip on the item. Clicking it opens the task in To Do on the web (not the app).
