How do I add, export or manage tasks in Todoist from Green Weka?
Green Weka connects with Todoist so you can keep all your tasks in one place. You can export action items and dictations from Green Weka straight into your Todoist projects. You can also manage your Todoist tasks using the chat or voice assistant: add, list, complete, search, reschedule, add notes, set reminders, and change priorities, all hands-free or by typing.
When you export an action item from your dashboard to Todoist, you choose the Todoist project. On shared projects, you can pick who to assign the task to. You can also set a "Complete by" date for each task. Once exported, the task appears in Todoist and shows a "Todoist ✓" chip in Green Weka. Tapping this chip on your phone opens the task in the Todoist app.
Exporting a dictation works much the same way. The dictation's title becomes the task name, and the transcript goes into the notes. The task is assigned to you by default.
Marking a task as done in Green Weka also marks it done in Todoist, and vice versa. If you tick off a task in Todoist, the matching action item in Green Weka closes automatically the next time your dashboard loads or your morning briefing runs. If a task is deleted in Todoist, the Green Weka item stays, so you can keep track.
Connect Todoist from your dashboard. Go to the "Add connection" card and choose Todoist, then follow the prompts to sign in.
To export action items, tick the items you want on your dashboard, click "Export" and select Todoist. Choose the project and, if it's a shared project, the assignee. Set or change the "Complete by" date if needed, then finish the export.
To export a dictation, open a dictation and use the export option to send it to Todoist. The title becomes the task, and the transcript goes into the notes.
You can manage Todoist tasks by voice or chat. Say or type things like "add a task to Todoist", "list my Todoist tasks", "complete the invoice task in Todoist", or "remind me about the meeting in Todoist at 3pm". The assistant can:

After exporting, use the "Todoist ✓" chip to jump straight to the task in the Todoist app on your phone. You can manage all your Todoist tasks by voice or chat, no need to switch apps. Completion sync works both ways: tick off a task in either app and it closes in the other. When setting reminders, if your Todoist plan doesn’t support separate reminders, the due time will be set instead, and you’ll still get a notification.
