How do I get my notetaker to join and record Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex meetings and send out the notes?
Green Weka’s notetaker makes it easy to capture and review your video meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex. It joins as a participant, records the meeting, and turns it into clear notes and action items you can share or export.
Your notetaker appears in meetings as "<your first name>'s notetaker (Green Weka)". You can rename it on the Conversations page if you like. After the meeting, you get a transcript, a recap, and action items, with speakers named from who spoke. You can export the notes to PDF or OneNote, or send the recap to a Fergus or Simpro job, or a HubSpot contact.
Go to the Conversations page and look for "Video meeting notetaker". There are two ways to use it:
1. Join a meeting now: Paste your Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex link and press Join now. The notetaker will join within about a minute. Sometimes you may need to let it in from the lobby.
2. Automatic joining from your calendar: Switch on "Send my notetaker to video meetings on my calendar". This needs your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar connected. The notetaker will join every video meeting with a link on your calendar. The Upcoming meetings list shows what it will join. You can Skip any meeting you don’t want recorded, send it in early with Join now, or Rejoin if it drops out.
When the meeting ends, you’ll see it in Conversations with a Video meeting badge. You’ll get a notification when the notes are ready. Review the transcript, generate a recap or action items, and export or share as needed. The "Send notes to attendees" feature lets you email the notes (summary, agreed items, key points, action items, and optionally the transcript) to the people who were in the meeting, from your own Gmail or Outlook. You check the recipients and can edit the text before sending, nothing is sent automatically.
The notetaker helps you keep track of every detail, so nothing gets missed in your video meetings.
