The Apple Watch app: dictation and Conversations from your wrist

How do I use the Green Weka Apple Watch app to record notes or meetings?

The Green Weka Apple Watch app lets you capture notes and in-person meetings straight from your wrist. It does two things: dictation and Conversations.

What it does

Dictation on your watch is quick and simple. Speak your notes, reminders or job details directly into the watch. When you stop recording, your dictation appears on your Dictations page in the Green Weka phone app or desktop dashboard. The system tidies up your words, removes false starts, and turns spoken lists into neat text. You can say things like "remind me to call the supplier" to create an action item, or "new paragraph" for a break in your notes.

Conversations on the watch are for capturing in-person meetings or site visits. Tap Record, put your wrist down, and let the watch pick up the discussion. When you're finished, press Stop. The watch sends the recording for processing as soon as it has a connection, this could be through your phone, Wi-Fi, or the watch's own mobile data. You'll see "Sent, review on your phone" once it's uploaded. You review, edit, and confirm the transcript on your phone or desktop, not on the watch itself.

Recording works even if your phone isn't nearby, but uploading needs a connection. If the upload is interrupted, you can finish it later from your phone.

Tips

The watch app is for Apple Watch.
