How do I get the current weather or forecast in Green Weka?

What it does

Green Weka gives you up-to-date weather information, hands-free. You can ask for the current weather or a forecast for the next few days. The assistant uses your saved home location by default, so you don’t need to say your town every time. Weather is also included in your morning briefing, alongside your jobs and action items.

You can ask about the weather at any time, perfect for planning outdoor work or deciding what gear to bring. If you want the weather somewhere else, just say the place name, like "weather in Hamilton".

How to use it

Just ask your voice or chat assistant questions like "What's the weather today?" or "Will it rain tomorrow?". If you don’t mention a place, it uses your home location. To set or change your location, click your initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then update your location in your profile settings. Once set, you never need to grant device permissions for weather, it works from your saved details.

The assistant can give you the current weather, temperature, rain, wind, and more, or a multi-day forecast, up to 10 days ahead (default is 5 days). You can also get the weather for other locations by just naming the town or city.

Weather is always read out as part of your morning briefing, so you start the day knowing what to expect.

Tips

• If you move or work in different areas, update your location in your profile for accurate weather.
• For a quick check, just say "Should I work outside today?" or "Do I need a jacket?".
• If you want the forecast for a specific day, ask "What's the weather on Friday?" or "Will it rain this weekend?".
• If you haven’t set your location, you’ll be prompted to do so the first time you ask.

Weather is always available, no setup or extra connection needed. It’s built in for every user.
